Tobacco use is a risk factor for many diseases, especially those affecting the heart, liver, and lungs, as well as many cancers. In 2008, the World Health Organization (WHO) named tobacco as the world's single greatest cause of preventable death. The "License to kill" that tobacco companies do have legally must be taken away from them. According to the WHO more and more people come down with the kind of cancer that is provoked by the products of the tobacco industry: LUNG CANCER.
