op.30b: Variant of the 2nd movement »Danza alla marcia« for octet: flute, saxophone (soprano), clarinet (Bb), horn (F), violoncello, double bass, piano and percussion (2024)

IInd: Danza alla marcia: Capriccioso e ben ritmico

IIIrd: Barockin' around 851: Allegretto, un poco maestoso

Annotation on the 3rd movement: in the middle section, Bach's "Fuga VI a 3 voci", D minor, BWV 851 from the "Well-Tempered Clavier", Part I, is quoted: in an arrangement for oboe, clarinet and bassoon.

IVth: Chaconne: Allegretto leggeramente pomposo


op. 30b: Danza alla marcia - Variant for octet

Note: the adaptation of the 2nd septet movement for octet was created on the basis of an Italian composition competition in which certain instruments (see above) and the time limit were specified.
